AlphaSign is the electronic-signature app from Alpha Efficiency. You upload a document, choose who needs to sign it, and each person signs in their web browser. When everyone has signed, you keep the completed copy and its signing record.

How it works

Four steps, from the first upload to the signed copy.

  1. Upload the document

    Start with the PDF that needs signatures.

  2. Choose who signs

    Add each person who needs to sign, and set the order when one should sign after another.

  3. They sign online

    Each signer opens their own link and signs in the browser by drawing or typing their signature.

  4. Keep the signed copy

    See where each document stands. When everyone has signed, download the completed PDF with its signing record.
